My name is Martina Haiboeck.I am an Austrian social worker and anthropologist. I know Chandra Thapa since 1997, when I stayed in her family´s house while working as a volunteer for a Nepalese Child rights organization. Living one year in Nepal; I learned a lot about the problems of Nepal, about the situations of street children, poverty, child labour, poor health and illiteracy. But I also got to know a beautiful country rich in culture, tradition and very friendly, lovely and helpful people like Thapa family!

Since then, it was our dream to work together for a better future for Nepalese children. Today, Mr. Javier Raffo-Mendez is also sharing this dream with us.
